I have RT-Genesis Pits on hardcopy. I had a look at it when it hit the gaming store I go to & skimmed through it, and later bought it. Speaking as a fan of both the anime & the Palladium Books games, it's worth picking up in hardcopy, even as a supplement to 1st edition Robotech.
So YES, they still sell to actual shops. As far as I know, Genesis Pits is not in PDF as yet, unless someone scans & posts it.
