As for "Land of Fire and ICe", what Belgarim posted appears to be the "Icelandic Wars" web supplement. I have two copies of that book, however, and will check their quality tonight to determine their potential resale value and hence if it'll be worth butchering and scanning one to make a PDF - no promises though...
